Founded in 2023 by a team of visionary young nurses, Joscure Medical Hospital Limited was established to bridge critical healthcare gaps in Kenya's interior regions. Strategically located in Ogwedhi, Suna East (Migori County), the hospital serves a vibrant, multicultural hub comprising the Maasai, Luo, Kuria, Luhya and Kisii communities.

By positioning itself at the intersection of diverse cultures, the hospital actively works to overcome geographic barriers, promote proactive health-seeking behaviours and deliver culturally sensitive, compassionate care to the most vulnerable.

How Joscure came together

Founded in 2023

A team of visionary young nurses set out to bridge critical healthcare gaps in Kenya's interior regions, opening Joscure Medical Hospital Limited in Ogwedhi, Suna East.

Ogwedhi sits at the intersection of the Maasai, Luo, Kuria, Luhya and Kisii communities, so our care is culturally sensitive and built for everyone who walks in.
